Rental booking terms

Rentals require a 25% down payment to secure your event date. Deposit is refundable up to 90 days prior to your rental date and will apply to your final invoice. Please place your order request using the form to the left and someone will get in touch with you within 24 hours to confirm your booking. All remaining invoice balances are due 24 hours before your scheduled rental.

All rentals include set-up and takedown. Please let us know the setup location in advance of us arriving. Any impediments in arriving to the setup location will result in an additional charge.

Our inflatables should not be used during inclement weather conditions including high winds, rain, snow, or thunderstorms. If severe weather if forecasted, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. If severe weather starts up after the rental has been delivered, the inflatable will need to be immediately deflated.

Bounce Mansion is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the rental period. By renting any of our inflatables, you agree to release Bounce Mansion and all its affiliates and employees from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during use.
